Zoeller Taiwan – A Complete Package
In relation to international business at Zoeller Company, I would like to further explore the role of Zoeller Taiwan as a high-tech manufacturing and design hub, expanding on points highlighted in Jason Nett’s article on “Sharing Our Values Across the World.”
As you may know, Zoeller Taiwan (ZTW) has a highly educated and skilled workforce that contributes to the success of our company’s overall product development. Taiwan as a country places a strong emphasis on education and training, ensuring skilled workers with expertise in engineering, technology, and manufacturing processes. We have been fortunate to hire several team members at Zoeller Taiwan that in return have enhanced productivity, quality control, and product development capabilities on products such as package systems.
ZTW takes pride in their commitment to product quality, integrity, reliability, service, and innovation. I’ve learned and experienced this first-hand in working with them in just this past year but this reputation has been built over years of manufacturing experience and continuous improvement including prioritizing quality control, adhering and understanding international standards, and investing in prototypes during the development of new products.
Jason mentioned in his article that in Asia contractor-friendly systems such as the Qwik Jon, Drain Pump, and sewage packages are more popular than just the individual components of those products that could be bought separately. We have greatly challenged Zoeller Taiwan’s engineering department to create complete solutions that not only look great but function even better. By specializing in these comprehensive solutions, Zoeller Taiwan can demonstrate their understanding of global customer needs, industry requirements, and best practices. This expertise builds customer trust and confidence in Zoeller’s ability to deliver a high-quality solution.

Taylor has a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Hastings College and earned an MBA from the University of Denver in 2017. Taylor began her career with Zoeller as Corporate Marketing Coordinator in 2019 shortly after moving to Louisville from Denver, CO. Since April 2022 she has served as Product Manager for Zoeller Company primarily focusing on Qwik Jons, Drain Pumps, ZTW package systems, and Condensate Pumps. In addition to supporting existing products, she works with Zoeller Taiwan and ZPC/FW Engineering to develop new products in these categories and beyond. She and her husband, Zach, live in Omaha, Nebraska and are expecting their first daughter in July 2023. In her free time, she enjoys time with family and friends, being active, golfing with her husband, trying new restaurants, and traveling as much as possible.
